Several years ago, I went back to school to begin my Master&#039;s in the Science of Creativity and Change Leadership and learn just the process you describe so well. I now focus on facilitating teams through the creative process to develop strategic plans, branding and marketing plans, sustainability plans, and to overcome challenges and look for opportunities. I see the transformational power a deliberate approach to creativity has on the culture of an organization. Good luck with it. I hope you come up with the next great innovation in project management.</description>
