Online Video as Easy as Watching TV
Miro (formerly Democracy Player) is one of my favorite online video watching applications. It runs on Windows, Linux, and Mac; it’s open source free software (GPLv2); and it’s so easy, your proverbial grandmother could use it. What’s not to love? I’m of the persuasion that applications such as this one will bring video on demand to the masses – it can digest youtube, the Sopranos, and random online-only video channels into one clean interface.
